The poster session for this year’s symposium will be in the afternoon from 1 - 2 pm.
Poster Size - Each poster presenter will be provided with a 4ft x 6ft poster board and push pins to display their poster.
poster set up - We ask each poster presenter to set up their posters during the morning registration period between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. You may kindly ask one of the cedars-sinai graduate students for help as to where the poster boards are located.
we are not allocating assigned spots for the posters; it will be on a first-come-first serve basis, but we have it arranged so that each student is guranteed a spot.
In the chance that you arrive late, there will be a second opportunity to set up your poster during the lunch break from 12:00 PM - 12 :50 pm.
Oral Presentations
each student has 20 minutes alloted for their talks. ideally, we ask that the Oral presentations be no more than 12-15 minutes long, and allow 5-7 minutes for questions from the audience.
